Privacy Policy
Last Updated: [2026-01-13]
1. Introduction
Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to being transparent about the data we collect. This Privacy Policy outlines the information we may collect and how it is used. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We want to be as transparent as possible regarding the information we collect. We do not collect any personal data, and no registration is required to use our platform.
2. What Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from users of our Service. However, as with many websites, there may be certain default data collected by our hosting provider (vsys.host), Cloudflare, and other third-party services, which includes:
- IP Addresses: We may collect the IP address of the device used to access our platform for basic server functionality. This data may also be collected by Cloudflare, which acts as a content delivery network and security service for our site.
- Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare, a third-party service that helps protect and accelerate our website. Cloudflare may collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our website. Cloudflare also provides security features to mitigate threats such as DDoS attacks, which could involve processing your IP address and traffic data.
- Server Logs: Server logs are automatically generated by the web server when a user accesses the website. These logs contain technical information such as the user’s IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages visited. These logs may be processed by both our hosting provider (vsys.host) and Cloudflare.
Example of a Server Log:
192.168.1.1 - - [10/Jan/2026:10:15:20 +0000] "GET /index.html HTTP/1.1" 200 2345 "https://rarara.sh" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/91.0.4472.124 Safari/537.36"
192.168.1.2 - - [10/Jan/2026:10:17:43 +0000] "GET /privacy-policy.php HTTP/1.1" 200 2200 "https://rarara.sh "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Firefox/92.0"
In the example above, the log shows the user’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.1), the type of request made (e.g., "GET /index.html"), the status code (e.g., "200" indicating success), and the user’s browser information.
Please note: We do not use server logs for tracking users or for any marketing purposes. These logs are generated by the web server and Cloudflare for system maintenance and security reasons.
For more information about how Cloudflare handles data, please review their Privacy Policy.
3. File Uploads and Deletion
When you upload files to our platform, they are stored temporarily. All uploaded files are automatically deleted 15 minutes after being uploaded. This process is managed by a script called cleanup.php, which is designed to ensure that files are removed from our servers after a short period to maintain privacy and free up storage space.
Here's the code for our file cleanup process (shown for transparency):
<?php
// cleanup.php
$uploadDir = 'uploads/'; // Directory where files are stored
$timeLimit = 15 * 60; // Files will be deleted after 15 minutes
$files = glob($uploadDir . '*'); // Get all files in the upload directory
foreach ($files as $file) {
// Check if the file has been uploaded longer than the time limit
if (filemtime($file) + $timeLimit < time()) {
unlink($file); // Delete the file if it exceeds the time limit
}
}
?>
We use this script to ensure that no files remain on our servers longer than necessary. This further minimizes the amount of data stored and ensures that your files are not accessible after they are deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services. We are committed to not sharing any data with external third-party providers for advertising, analytics, or other purposes.
5. Security
While we take reasonable precautions to protect the data you upload, please be aware that no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your files and cannot be held responsible for any breaches or data loss.
6. Privacy and VPNs
We encourage privacy and recommend that users consider using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) when accessing the internet in general. A VPN adds an additional layer of security and helps protect your personal data while browsing the web, especially when uploading files to our platform.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and indicating the date of the last update. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
